• Outlet details, such as outlet name, outlet contact person, outlet email address, outlet phone number, outlet address, POS URL, and app download URL.
• Subscription, invoice, payment, and agreement details, such as subscription plans, billing cycles, invoice numbers, payment method, transaction references, purchase order references, agreement records, signature records, signer name, signer email, signer position, signature image path, timestamps, IP address, and user agent.
• Technical and usage data, such as IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, pages viewed, timestamps, referring pages, cookies, analytics identifiers, and similar log data.

02 How We Collect Personal Data

We may collect personal data directly from you when you submit a form, create or use an account, update your profile, sign an agreement, request support, communicate with us, or use our services. We may also collect data from your employer, company representatives, staff users, service providers, business partners, analytics tools, security tools, and our systems automatically when you use the site or dashboard.

04 Cookies, Analytics, reCAPTCHA, and Live Chat

Our website and services may use cookies and similar technologies for session management, security, preferences, analytics, and service improvement. In production, we may use Google Analytics to understand website traffic and usage.

Our contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA to help protect against spam and abuse. When reCAPTCHA is used, data such as your IP address, browser and device information, and interaction signals may be processed by Google according to Google's own terms and privacy policy.

We may also use Tawk.to live chat or similar customer support tools. If you use live chat, your messages and related technical information may be processed by the chat provider so we can respond to your enquiry.
