These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply when you access or use 7Pixel.co, any account or dashboard provided by 7Pixel, and any related products, systems, support, billing, subscription, onboarding, or professional services (collectively, the "Services").

If you use the Services on behalf of a company, merchant, or other organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.

01 Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or Services, creating an account, submitting a form, signing an agreement, or continuing to access the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

02 Accounts and Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate account information and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

We may create, suspend, restrict, or disable accounts where necessary for security, billing, support, compliance, or service administration.

03 Merchant and Business Information

Merchants and business users must provide accurate, current, and complete business, billing, outlet, owner, tax, bank, and contact information where requested. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.

We may rely on the information you provide for onboarding, account setup, POS or system provisioning, subscriptions, agreements, invoicing, payment records, support, and legal or accounting compliance.

04 Subscriptions, Plans, and Billing

Subscription plans, billing cycles, fees, included features, hardware charges, taxes, discounts, and renewal terms may be set out in an order form, invoice, dashboard, agreement, quotation, or other written confirmation from us.

• Fees are due according to the invoice, agreement, or payment instructions provided.
• Amounts may exclude taxes, bank charges, payment processor fees, or other applicable charges unless stated otherwise.
• Late or unpaid amounts may result in reminders, account restrictions, service suspension, or termination.
• Plan changes, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled according to the applicable written agreement or confirmation.

05 Payments and Invoices

We may issue invoices and keep payment records for subscriptions, services, hardware, support, setup, or other agreed charges. Payment status in the dashboard is for record and administrative purposes and may be updated after verification.

If third-party payment services are used, their own terms, fees, and privacy practices may apply. We are not responsible for delays, errors, or failures caused by banks, payment processors, or other third parties outside our control.

06 Services, Support, and Changes

We aim to provide reliable services and reasonable support, but we may update, modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Services from time to time. Some services, integrations, modules, or features may depend on configuration, subscription plan, hardware, third-party availability, or merchant readiness.

Support response times, maintenance scope, service levels, custom development work, and implementation deliverables apply only where separately agreed in writing.

07 Acceptable Use

You must use the Services lawfully and responsibly. You must not:

• Use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or abusive activity.
• Attempt to access accounts, systems, data, or areas that you are not authorized to access.
• Interfere with the operation, security, performance, or integrity of the Services.
• Upload malicious code, exploit vulnerabilities, scrape without permission, or bypass security controls.
• Misrepresent your identity, business, authority, payment status, or relationship with another party.

08 Data and Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that any personal data, business data, customer data, or staff data you provide to us has been collected and shared lawfully.

As between you and 7Pixel, you retain responsibility for the content and data you provide through the Services, subject to any separate written agreement.

The Services may integrate with or depend on third-party services, including hosting, email, analytics, reCAPTCHA, live chat, payment, POS backend, messaging, or other software providers. Third-party services are controlled by their own providers and may be subject to separate terms and policies.

Unless separately agreed in writing, 7Pixel retains ownership of our website, software, designs, code, documentation, systems, templates, trademarks, service names, and other intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, or exploit the Services except as permitted by us in writing.

The Services are provided on an "as available" basis unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that every feature will meet every business requirement.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 7Pixel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or loss-of-profit damages arising from your use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

13 Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services where you breach these Terms, fail to pay amounts due, create security or legal risk, misuse the Services, or where required by law. You remain responsible for outstanding amounts incurred before suspension or termination.

14 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. Any dispute will be handled by the courts or dispute resolution process specified in the applicable agreement, or otherwise by the courts of Malaysia.

15 Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after an update means you acknowledge the updated Terms.
