4. Promotion of 7Pixel.co

4.1 As an Affiliate, you agree to promote 7Pixel.co products/services using ethical and legal marketing methods that comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

4.2 You may promote 7Pixel.co products/services through your Affiliate Link, which you will display on your website, social media channels, or other promotional channels approved by us.

5. Commissions

5.1 You will earn commissions ("Commissions") based on qualifying purchases made by customers who have accessed our website through your Affiliate Link.

5.2 Commissions will be calculated based on our standard commission structure, which may be amended from time to time at our discretion.

5.3 Commissions will only be payable after the full 30-day cycle of the customer's purchase, with payments processed in the following month.

6. Payout

6.1 Payout of Commissions will be made in accordance with our standard payout schedule, which is first week of the month.

6.2 You agree that we may withhold payment of Commissions if:

• The customer's purchase is subject to a refund, chargeback, or dispute.
• We suspect fraudulent activity or violation of the Terms mentioned at 7.3.

6.3 Payments will be made in USD through third party payment platform, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

7. Termination

7.1 Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, upon written notice to the other party.

7.2 Upon termination:

• You will immediately cease all promotion of 7Pixel.co products/services.
• Any pending Commissions for the current month will be placed on hold and may be subject to adjustment or deduction in accordance with these Terms.
• All your referred customers will fall under the company's jurisdiction.
• You will forfeit any rights to further Commissions from the date of termination.

7.3 We reserve the right to terminate this agreement if any of the following occur:

• Engaging in activities that violate local, national, or international laws.
• Using the service for illegal or fraudulent purposes.
• Violating intellectual property rights, including unauthorized use of copyrighted material or trademarks.
• Engaging in activities that threaten or harm the security or integrity of our services or systems.
• Providing false or misleading information to us or other users.
• Engaging in behavior that harasses, intimidates, or harms others.
• Breaching any terms outlined in our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
• Conducting activities that significantly damage or compromise our reputation.

8. Modification

8.1 We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, effective upon posting of the modified Terms on our website. Your continued participation in the Affiliate Program after such posting will constitute your acceptance of the modified Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

10.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Philipphines, United Kingdom, United States, Canada and almost every countries around the world, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11. Miscellaneous

11.1 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.

11.2 If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.
